How we protect employee data

Salaries, passport details and contracts are among the most sensitive data a company keeps. Here is how Marduno handles them.

  • Roles decide who sees what

HR, managers, accountants and employees see only what their role allows. A manager sees their own department, not the whole company.

  • Salary data has its own permission

Access to salaries and personal documents is granted separately from other rights.

  • Two-step sign-in

A second step at sign-in through Telegram or an authenticator app. You decide whether everyone needs it; administrators always do.

  • A log of every change

Changes to employee data, salaries and approvals are recorded with who made them and when.

  • A separate database for each company

Each company runs on its own database, at its own address, under its own system user. Companies never share data.

  • Encrypted backups

Backups run every night, with an encrypted copy kept outside the server.

  • Access ends with employment

When someone leaves, the offboarding process closes their access.

  • Encrypted traffic and sign-in limits

Everything goes over HTTPS, and repeated failed sign-in attempts are blocked.
