Why we built Marduno

Marduno started as an internal tool. We run a service company in Armenia and kept hitting the same problems: schedules in one file, salaries in another, vacation agreed in chats, and a lot of manual work at the end of every month.

So we built a system where employee records, work time, requests and salary preparation are connected. It has run our own HR every working day since.

We realised that many companies deal with exactly the same things. Marduno is now being developed as a product for them, starting with companies in Armenia.
